ezyrewards - Terms and Conditions
Below are the terms and conditions in relation to the use of ezyrewards. Also listed are the reward claim and no offer credit policies.
Accounts
Only one account per
person/household/address/e-mail/IP address is allowed.
All information provided to ezyrewards must be valid.
All information must be kept up-to-date and
modified if it changes.
You may only register and manage an account for
yourself, not any other person, even if you have their permission.
You are not allowed to provide any person other
than you access to your account.
Accounts, points and any associated rewards are
non-transferable.
Your details will be used to provide you with
your reward and/or to verify identity. They will not be used by any
company/site other than ezyrewards and firms directly involved in providing
you your reward. We keep your details private.
You must check with each of our advertising partners how they use your details, as it may differ from site to site.
Referrals
A referral must signup on the same web site session as clicking your referral link to be considered a referral.
You will only receive points from referrals upon them successfully completing reward offers.
The integrity and validity of referrals may be checked at anytime. Both ezyrewards and advertisers actively monitor for fraud, any fraud found will result in account closure.
You may not mislead people to get them to use your referral link (ie. claiming they will receive unlimited points)
Offers
All offers (or online offers) are run through a third party advertising network. We will credit you for an offer once we confirm with the advertising network that you have successfully completed the offer.
For an offer to be considered complete, you must satisfy all requirements on the advertisers site. For example, a signup is not complete if you do not verify your account when the site requires verification.
When an offer is completed, it will show the status of 'Complete', however this can be reversed if a offer is completely fraudulently.
We (ezyrewards) are not responsible or liable if an advertiser rejects an application and does not pay for an offer completion.
Some members may take advantage of our no offer credit policy (see below).
Rewards
You will be provided with
your reward when:
- You have the required amount of points in your account and claim your reward.
- Any funds relating to your reward from advertisers have been received for
reward items of a value higher than US$25. This includes the funds offers
completed by both you and your referrals.
Rewards are non-returnable, non-transferable and may not be redeemed for money.
Reward claims are subject to our reward claim policy (see below).
General
ezyrewards.com is a service of Collyer Marketing (VIC, Australia).
We (Collyer Marketing) are not liable for any loss, damages, harm or costs resulting in the use of this site.
The terms and conditions, as well as account (offer/referral) requirements, may change at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions.
If you are found to break any of these terms, ezyrewards will close your account without notice and not be obligated to provide any reward or compensation resulting in the closure of your account.
Anti-Spam Policy
Members may not undertake any unsolicited methods of promoting (or spamming) their referral links. This includes not sending any e-mails whether you have an opt-in mailing list or not. Upon receiving a spam complaint with sufficient proof, your account will be suspended without notice and all points/reward claims will be forfeited. We will also file a report with your ISP wherever possible.
All members must adhere to our host's Anti-Spam policies found here and here, in addition you are also required to adhere to the CAN-SPAM act.. Any member found breaching these policies may be subjected to paying for loss of income (up to $250,000) and any associated legal fees if their actions result in interruption of services.
Anyone who believes a member of our site has violated these terms, we encourage you to report them via our contact form.
Reward Claim Policy
We (Collyer Marketing) may discard any reward claim from a member suspected of using a false identity or invalid contact details without refund of points or any compensation. Alternatively, you will be provided the option to update your details to ensure they comply with our terms and conditions. This process is explained below:
You will receive an e-mail from us asking you to update your profile.
Once updated, a letter will be posted to your address with a confirmation code.
Once this letter is received, e-mail the code to the address enclosed in the letter.
Upon us receiving this code, your order will then be processed.
No Offer Credit Policy
At our discretion, we may choose to credit users for offers which they believe have been completed correctly, however did not receive credit for, due to ad network tracking failing to track the offer completion or similar reasons. This policy usually applies to members who have success with the majority of their offers (if no offers are working for you, we suggest you check your computers settings ie. Firewall, cookies, browser, javascript). We allow for up to three (we will consider further offers on a case by case basis) no offer credit claims per member. To make a claim, you will need a confirmation e-mail or similar evidence of you completing the offer. Forward these e-mails along with your user id and the offer name to:
